Calling all deer hunters, or people who want to hunt deer: We are holding our annual deer hunt and culinary school November 18-21 with Coastal Wings in Loveland, OK.

 

The hunt is for 2 does, and includes three mornings of hunting (afternoons if needed), and we teach skinning, gutting, butchering, and cooking -- as hands on as you want.

 

Beginners are welcome, but if you are one, you need to be in contact with me and my friend Larry Robinson, the outfitter, so we can guide you through the process before you arrive.

 

Cost is $2250 all-in, except for tips for the guides. That's 3 hunts, all meals and lodging, classes, and a signed cookbook. I cook all the dinners, usually with some friends like Top Chef finalist Josh Valentine.

 

If you want to hunt bucks - and there are big ones around - you can do that for an additional charge.
