First up is a casual, come-as-you-are beer bash at Fulton Brewing in Minneapolis on Thursday, June 19. We’ll have brisket tacos and a special beer brewed just for the

Then, on June 30, Chef Jorge Guzman and I are teaming up for a Borderlands book dinner at his restaurant Chilango in Minneapolis. It’ll be a four-course meal that comes with a signed copy of the book. Reserve your table here.
