Hank Shaw here. Just wanted to let you know that we are now taking reservations for our only Wisconsin book dinner for my latest cookbook Hook, Line, and Supper! The dinner will be Thursday, June 10 at Fool's Errand in Milwaukee, owned by Chefs Dan Jacobs and Dan Van Rite of Hinterland and Dan Dan fame.
The dinner will feature fish from the
Great Lakes region, including a riff off my perch chowder. Cost for the dinner is $80, and that includes a signed copy of the cookbook.
