Hank Shaw here. I just wanted to write you a note to thank you for buying my cookbooks. It means a lot to me, especially as a small (really micro) business. 

 

Yep, that's right. Those books you bought, from H&H Books, are made by me and Holly -- we're the "H and H." Not some big corporate publisher out of New York City, just us. We work very hard to make the best quality books in the business, and are proud to be able to do so entirely in the United States; most books these days are printed in China. 

 

As a small operator, we live and die on word-of-mouth. And in the publishing world, ratings and reviews on Amazon.com are worth their weight in gold. Love 'em or hate 'em, Amazon is where most books are sold these days, and those reviews can make or break a book. 

 

So I'm asking you for a favor: Can you go over to the Hook, Line, and Supper page on Amazon, or the Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail or Buck, Buck, Moose page, and leave a review? It would mean the world to us.
